COMMUNITY ART

This section highlights community projects I participated in, showcasing a diverse array of initiatives. They vary from fun experimental works that push my creative boundaries, to props for protests and activism that convey important messages. In each case, I created lasting memories and learned a lot from other participants. Community holds a vital role in driving positive change, and I continue to use art to inspire dialogue and healing of past traumas.

The themes that animate me are: veganism and animal rights, which I believe are essential for promoting compassion and respect for all living beings; intersectional feminism, as I advocate for the dismantling of systemic inequalities; LGBTQIA+ rights, recognising the need for inclusivity and acceptance in our society; degrowth and circular economies, as I firmly support a shift away from rampant consumerism towards a more sustainable approach to living; and climate resilience, with a particular focus on rewilding, food waste prevention, and the implementation of zero-waste programs such as composting that encourage sustainability in everyday practices. Moreover, I am passionate about the creative reuse of post-industrial spaces, advocating for their transformation into vibrant community hubs that celebrate cultural diversity and promote social interaction.
